B2B Marketing Account Manager
We are launching new services that will assist our channel sales partners with executing marketing campaigns that are set up by their vendors. With this new endeavor, we are expecting significant growth from these new offerings. We seek an Account Manager that can effectively build relationships with our client accounts that purchase our Marketing Systems (websites, email marketing, CRM, search marketing) sold as a SaaS (software as a service). This will include improving renewal rates, resolving issues (technical and commercial), negotiating renewal fees, collections and identifying up sell opportunities.

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have a natural passion for building relationships, business and professional development.  We’re seeking a creative, self-motivated, sharp and customer-centric individual who is eager to learn. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must!

Required skills and experience:
  • 1+ years B2B account management experience (from either a sales or consulting perspective)
  • B2B Marketing and Lead Generation Experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly in Excel)
  • Able to travel as required (less than 5%)

Stongly Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Technology industry expertise a plus
  • Website technology experience preferred
  • Marketing or Channel Marketing experience preferred
  • Past Experience with technology marketing (Hardware or Software)
  • Imaging technology or voice and data experience preferred
